Now available at Lings Powersports, the Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer represents the pinnacle of large-capacity adventure motorcycles. It blends phenomenal performance, refined comfort, and cutting-edge technology to deliver an unrivaled riding experience on any terrain.
The heart of the Rally Explorer is a robust 1,160 cc liquid-cooled, 12-valve inline three-cylinder engine producing 150 PS at 9,000 rpm and a commanding 130 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. Featuring a distinctive T-plane crank, this powerplant combines low-speed traction with exhilarating top-end power while delivering Triumph’s signature triple roar and shaft-drive reliability.
Built for epic journeys, it features a strong tubular steel frame paired with a Tri-Link aluminum swingarm. The ADV-ready suspension includes 49 mm Showa semi-active forks with 220 mm travel and a semi-active rear monoshock with automatic preload adjustment—capable of dropping the seat by up to 20 mm at stops for improved footing. Adjustable seat height (875–895 mm), heated rider and pillion seats, handguards, and a large 30 L aluminum tank ensure comfort and confidence throughout long rides.
The Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer rolls on tubeless 21″/18″ spoked wheels wrapped in Metzeler Karoo Street tyres. Premium braking comes from Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers gripping twin 320 mm front discs and a 282 mm rear disc, backed by Optimised Cornering ABS and traction control. Additional safety features include adaptive cornering lights, LED auxiliary lamps, tyre pressure monitoring, hill-hold, blind-spot radar, and a centre stand.
Tech and connectivity are comprehensive, featuring a vibrant 7″ TFT display with My Triumph connectivity, Triumph Shift Assist quickshifter, cruise control, ride-by-wire throttle, and six ride modes—Rain, Road, Sport, Off-Road, Rider, and Rally. Service intervals extend to 10,000 miles or 12 months, with a three-year unlimited mileage warranty included.
The Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer is the ultimate blend of rugged capability and refined luxury—built to go wherever your spirit takes you.
