Now available at Lings Powersports, the all-new Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro is engineered for adventure riders demanding unstoppable off-road capability fused with agile, long-distance road performance. Combining purpose-built all-terrain hardware with class-leading rider aids and next-generation accessibility, it stands as the ultimate middleweight-handling, large-capacity adventure machine.
At its heart is the updated 1,160 cc liquid-cooled T-Plane triple engine, now delivering an exhilarating 158 PS at 9,250 rpm and 130 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm with increased tractability lower in the rev range. Internal updates—including a redesigned cylinder head, new pistons, lighter valves, and a freer-flowing exhaust—elevate response and combustion efficiency. Revised first, second, and third gear ratios reduce crawl speed by 6 km/h, offering surgical control across technical off-road terrain and slow-speed maneuvers. A refined six-speed gearbox, smooth shaft drive, and standard Triumph Shift Assist quickshifter ensure effortless, clutchless shifts.
Built around a lightweight chassis and aluminium Tri-Link swingarm, the Rally Pro moves to an agile 19-inch front and 17-inch rear side-laced tubeless spoked wheel setup with 200 mm of travel at both ends. It is suspended by the cutting-edge SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX® semi-active system, offering three selectable damping modes (Firm, Medium, Soft) and a hydraulic secondary bump stop for severe impacts. The automatic ride height function lowers the motorcycle by 30 mm when coming to a halt—achieving a confidence-inspiring seat height as low as 790 mm with the accessory low seat—before returning to optimum ride height once rolling. Integrated Centre Stand Assist temporarily boosts preload to make deploying the stand effortless.
Stopping power is benchmark-setting, handled by top-spec Brembo Stylema® monoblock radial calipers clamping twin 320 mm floating front discs, a 282 mm rear disc, and a Magura HC1 radial master cylinder. Governed by a six-axis IMU, the system incorporates Optimised Cornering ABS, Emergency Brake Assist, and lean-sensitive Traction Control for total stability across tarmac, mud, or gravel.
The cockpit features a new Bosch 7-inch HD touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, complete with Siri and Google Gemini voice integration and a waterproof, fan-cooled tank compartment with 15W USB-C charging. Safety and touring intelligence are driven by front and rear Bosch radar enabling Adaptive Cruise Control (with Overtake Assist and Curve Speed Control), Forward Collision Warning with rear brake pedal haptic pulse alerts, Blind Spot Assist, Group Ride Assist, and Rear Distance Warning. Adaptive LED projector lighting automatically illuminates bends at 15- and 30-degree lean angles.
Purpose-built for off-road expeditions, the Tiger 1200 Rally Pro features a 20-litre fuel tank, dedicated engine protection, an adjustable folding brake pedal, and up to eight riding modes including the exclusive Off-Road Pro mode. Finished in rugged Matt Khaki Green or Ash Grey with standard heated grips and 10 mm thicker heated seats, it delivers complete all-terrain mastery.
