When the next step up is into the 50cc class, there is no better option than the most powerful 50cc out there. For 2025, the KTM 50 SX is built around an advanced steel frame, housing a powerful engine, a 35mm WP XACT AER fork, a WP XACT monoshock, and an advanced hydraulic Formula brake system. Simply put - it's the most advanced and READY TO RACE 50 cc mini-crosser available to your little racer.
Now available at Lings Powersports, the KTM 50 SX honours KTM’s youth racing legacy by outfitting the smallest KTM motocross with exclusive features and race-inspired styling—even in miniature form.
Under its petite chassis sits a high-revving 49 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled two-stroke engine. The powerful engine is paired with a responsive centrifugal clutch and automatic transmission, delivering smooth acceleration and reliable throttle response ideal for young riders learning the ropes.
The bike’s lightweight steel frame supports durable, mini motocross performance, while the adjustable WP APEX rear shock ensures comfort and control from beginning to end. The long-travel telescopic front fork soaks up bumps and small jumps, providing stability and encouraging confidence on juvenile terrain.
Small but mighty, the 50 SX rides on kid-sized 10″ wheels front and rear with aggressive tread tyres for optimal grip in turnout and straight lines. The slim ergonomics, narrow fuel tank, and low seat height make it accessible and confidence-inspiring for junior riders just getting started.
Braking power comes from front and rear disc brakes sized for mini bikes. Though simple in design, they offer precise stopping power for young riders honing their skills.
The 50 SX touches feature custom painted plastics, special Champion Edition graphics, anodized fork guards, and a branded number plate frame—ensuring this bike stands out on the starting gate.
With its compact agility, gentle power delivery, and race-inspired components, the KTM 50 SX brings junior riders testing the limits with confidence in a small-scale, collectible package.
