Under the plastics is a 349.7 cc single-cylinder DOHC engine with a 42 mm Keihin EFI throttle body and Keihin EMS—delivering smooth and potent mid-range torque with a controllable, race-tuned top-end powerband. 

This power is routed via a 6‑speed gearbox and Brembo‑actuated DDS wet clutch, offering fluid, precise shifting even in technical sections.

The chassis is built around a central double-cradle 25CrMo4 steel frame with an aluminium‑reinforced polyamide subframe, engineered for optimal mass centralisation, torsional rigidity, and rider feel—especially in rough terrain.

Suspension is handled by 48 mm WP XACT USD forks up front (300 mm travel) and a WP XPLOR PDS shock with linkage out back (310 mm travel), both fully adjustable for compression and rebound—delivering traction and confidence over varied terrain. 

Trail-ready features include robust 21″/18″ spoked aluminium wheels with 520 X‑Ring chain, a translucent fuel tank of 8.5 L capacity, and KTM’s LED Off‑Road Control Unit (OCU) under the seat for intuitive diagnostics and wiring tidiness.

Stopping power comes courtesy of Brembo‑calibrated 260 mm front and 220 mm rear discs, ensuring responsive and fade-resistant braking.
