The 2026 KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO is the ultimate weapon for tackling the toughest terrain on the planet. Developed with direct input from Factory Racing and honed by champions like Manuel Lettenbichler, the latest HARDENDURO receives key updates in suspension, cooling, and overall design. Lighter, sharper, and stronger than ever, this model continues to dominate at the sharp end of Hard Enduro competition.

New for 2026, the WP XACT 48 mm Closed Cartridge fork has been updated with preload basevalve adjusters, revised damping settings, lighter and shorter springs, and a new one-piece hydro stop – all contributing to improved handling and a 200 g weight saving. The WP XPLOR PDS rear shock has also been updated to keep things perfectly balanced. Cooling has been improved with a new radiator cap design and a standard-fit radiator fan, while fuel system protection is enhanced with a new CPC fuel connector cap. Add in HARDENDURO-specific PowerParts such as a factory wheel set, CNC-machined triple clamps, ribbed seat, handguards, skid plate, and a unique graphics package, and the result is the most capable production hard enduro bike on the market.
