Go where few have gone before with the Husqvarna TE 300 at Lings Husqvarna. For 2025, the machine of choice for hard enduro riders worldwide receives several technical upgrades to reaffirm its position at the top of the 300 cc 2-stroke category. Its superior rideability is never in question, thanks to its light, agile chassis and plush WP XACT suspension.
Delivering class-leading power, the TE 300 engine is built with maximum performance in mind. This 293.2 cm³, 1-cylinder, 2-stroke engine tips the scales at just 24.6 kg, making it incredibly compact and light. Thanks to Throttle Body Injection (TBI), the engine delivers impressive torque while maintaining its high-revving two-stroke character, offering all riders a versatile power delivery. The shaft arrangements inside the TE 300 engine are precisely positioned for greater mass centralisation, and a counter balancer shaft reduces vibration for enhanced comfort. A 39 mm throttle body with dual injectors optimizes flow for immediate throttle response, and an electronic oil pump feeds vital 2-stroke oil. An electric starter ensures reliable ignition.
The proven chromium molybdenum steel frame is refined for 2025. A new shock mounting, no longer connected to the main tube, significantly improves the anti-squat behaviour of the chassis, enhancing overall balance and traction. Optimized wall thickness throughout the chassis aids durability while providing unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. The two-piece subframe, made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, offers exceptional strength at a low weight of just 1.8 kg.
Plush WP XACT 48 mm closed-cartridge spring forks and a WP XACT PDS monoshock with linkage offer 300 mm of travel both front and rear. These suspension components are fully adjustable by hand for compression and rebound, allowing for quick, tool-free setup changes and consistent damping. New Brembo clutch and brake systems raise performance and reliability, with GSK wave discs (260 mm front, 220 mm rear) ensuring superior stopping power in all conditions. A combined start and stop switch is introduced to save weight and simplify operation. The functional bodywork is designed to allow riders to perform at their best for extended periods, with a flat seat profile offering unrestricted movement and recessed pockets for easy lifting. An LED headlight provides bright illumination, completing a machine that is truly built for the rigours of enduro.
