Powering the FE 350 Pro Series is a compact DOHC 349.7 cm³, 1-cylinder, 4-stroke engine, producing almost 51 hp. This engine is positioned within the frame to centralise mass, playing a vital role in the overall handling and anti-squat behaviour of the machine. It features finger followers with a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating for high-level enduro performance and optimal gas flow. Fuelled by Throttle Body Injection (TBI) via a 42 mm Keihin throttle body, it ensures exceptional rideability and an instant throttle response. An electric starter provides reliable ignition, and a 6-speed transmission with a wet, DDS multi-disc clutch and Brembo hydraulics ensures precise and consistent engagement.
The chassis is expertly assembled around a compliant and perfectly balanced chromium molybdenum steel frame, designed for optimal rider feedback and energy absorption. The two-piece subframe, made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, provides exceptional strength at a low weight. Enhanced for 2025, the latest model features revised WP XACT Closed Cartridge front forks. These 48 mm forks are updated with a new high-speed compression adjuster, offering precise damping and a hydro-stop for smoother landings. The WP XACT rear shock with linkage is easily adjustable by hand for both high and low-speed compression and rebound, ensuring consistent damping, comfort, and traction. Both front and rear suspension provide 300 mm of travel.
The FE 350 Pro Series is equipped with a vast array of competition-focused components. Braking is handled by high-performance Brembo hydraulic clutch and brake systems, biting on GALFER brake discs (260 mm front, 220 mm rear), with front and rear brake disc protectors for durability. It features a Factory Racing wheelset with high-strength EXCEL Takasago rims and a Supersprox Stealth rear sprocket. Other enhancements include a polyamide skid plate with added linkage protection, a competition seat cover with additional ribs for grip, soft compound ODI grips, and a high-performance LED headlight. The multifunctional Map Select Switch on the handlebar allows for tailored power delivery and activates the Quickshifter and Traction Control. Its distinctive and ergonomic black and white bodywork, along with a white powder-coated frame and new graphics, give it a unique and aggressive aesthetic.
