The Husqvarna TE 250 Heritage model at Lings Husqvarna is built upon the most versatile and competitive 250 cc 2-stroke enduro machine on the market, making it the motorcycle of choice for enduro racers serious about their results. This distinctive machine combines modern technology with a nod to Husqvarna's iconic past.
At its core is a powerful 249.0 cm³, 1-cylinder, 2-stroke engine, which benefits from Throttle Body Injection (TBI). This advanced EFI system, combined with an electronic power valve, ensures class-leading torque delivery across the entire rev range, making every obstacle easy to master. The engine also features an electric starter for reliable ignition and a precise 6-speed Pankl Racing Systems gearbox.
The TE 250 Heritage is assembled around a light and strong chromium molybdenum steel frame, which features a new shock mount for improved anti-squat behaviour and a lightweight hybrid subframe (polyamide/aluminium). This chassis is designed to provide optimal rider feedback and agile handling on technical terrain. Plush WP XACT 48 mm closed-cartridge coil-spring forks provide 300 mm of travel, while the WP XACT PDS monoshock also offers 300 mm of travel, ensuring consistent damping throughout every ride. Both front and rear suspension are fully adjustable for compression and rebound, allowing for precise customisation.
Braking performance is unrivalled thanks to the high-performance Brembo brake systems, with a 260 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear disc, providing superior stopping power and reliability. A Brembo hydraulic clutch system ensures consistent action and a light lever feel. The bike is equipped with competition-focused components, including ProTaper handlebars for excellent control, Michelin Enduro tyres for maximum grip, and a Twin Air filter for optimal engine protection. The functional bodywork, with a gripper seat cover, an LED headlight, and an LED tail light, ensures unrestricted rider movement. To highlight the continued evolution of the TE 250, the new Heritage model is complete with distinctive, Swedish-inspired graphics and blue radiator shrouds, creating a stylish and unique look that sets it apart from the competition.
