The heart of this machine is a high-revving 150 cc 2-stroke engine featuring a DDS clutch, electric start, and a brilliant powerband that unleashes strong low-end torque, explosive mid-range punch, and race-ready top-end performance—all while remaining nimble and controllable.
Built on a robust chrome-molybdenum steel frame with aluminum subframe, the KTM 150 EXC is both lightweight and sturdy. Its long-travel WP XACT suspension features 48 mm closed-cartridge forks at the front and WP XACT PDS shock at the rear, providing 300 mm of front travel and 310 mm at the back—perfect for absorbing rocks, roots, and ruts.
This enduro ninja rolls on rugged 21” front and 18” rear spoked wheels wrapped in off-road-optimized tyres. A skid plate and reinforced engine guards are fitted as standard to protect against trail hazards and ensure durability.
Stopping power is entrusted to a sharp 260 mm front disc with Brembo hydraulic caliper and a 220 mm rear disc—providing consistent, strong braking even in muddy or steep conditions. The hydraulic clutch delivers smooth pull and reliability under pressure.
Designed for precision and responsiveness, the 150 EXC offers an 875 mm seat height, aggressive off-road ergonomics, and a balanced chassis that adapts to both technical single-track and open scrubland.
Additional trail-focused features include a quick-select map switch for tuning power delivery, a lightweight thermo cover, and a compact yet functional headlight and LED tail light for trail use.
