With an all‑new and all‑Ducati design, race-proven Desmodromic performance, and an elite electronics package, the Desmo250 MX is engineered to dominate the ultra‑competitive 250 motocross segment.
Lings Powersports is proud to introduce the Ducati Desmo250 MX, a ground‑up, competition-developed motocross machine built to redefine performance in the 250 cc class. Engineered with championship‑winning Ducati Corse insight, this bike delivers unrivalled rev range, agility, and race-winning control.
At the core of the Desmo250 MX is a revolutionary 249.7 cc single-cylinder engine featuring Ducati's signature Desmodromic valve system, producing 44.5 hp at 12,500 rpm with a stratospheric 15,000 rpm rev limit—delivering explosive pull and razor-sharp throttle response across the rev range.
The aluminium perimeter frame is meticulously engineered for optimal flex, balance, and mass centralisation. Paired with factory-level Showa 49 mm Kashima-coated front forks and a fully adjustable Showa rear monoshock, the chassis delivers laser-accurate tracking and outstanding bump absorption on rough, rutted tracks.
Every component of the Desmo250 MX has been chosen for podium-tier competition. Premium Brembo hydraulics and Galfer wave discs provide unmatched stopping power; Takasago Excel rims wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion MX32 tyres maximise traction; and an advanced electronics package—including multi-level Ducati Traction Control, Power Launch, Engine Brake Control, and an upshift quickshifter—comes standard.
Weighing in at just 103 kg dry, the Desmo250 MX is built to challenge the MX2 class worldwide. Backed by Ducati's dedicated off-road racing development and Lings Powersports' factory-trained technicians, riders have full access to genuine Ducati Performance accessories, trackside setup expertise, and bespoke finance packages.
Fully equipped with the spec needed to win—from a Desmo powertrain to cutting-edge rider electronics—the Desmo250 MX arrives ready to take top step on the podium.
