The road ahead is not always defined. Down each path and around every unknown bend, new discoveries await. Sometimes you don't know where to go, but you couldn't care less. Immerse yourself in freedom, intense adrenaline, and strong emotions. The journey is the important thing: it’s not about finding the end of the road but where your mind takes you. The CFMOTO 800MT Sport at Lings CFMOTO will reset your compass.
At its core, the 800MT Sport is equipped with a sturdy and lively DOHC liquid-cooled 799cc parallel-twin engine. This powerful unit delivers a maximum of 95hp (70kW) at 9000rpm and 77Nm of torque at 7500rpm. Its quiet operation, high-efficiency intake and exhaust systems, lightweight forged pistons, and friction reduction technology ensure optimum performance and durability. A CF-SC slipper clutch helps enlarge the power buffering and enhances the smoothness of shifting, reducing engine braking impact during downshifts for improved safety and riding comfort. The engine’s compact size helps keep the center of gravity low, improving overall handling.
The 800MT Sport’s chassis is designed for supreme riding precision. The tubular steel frame, weighing only 16kg, combined with a high-strength cast alloy aluminum swingarm (under 7kg), ensures sufficient agility for light off-road and trail riding while remaining solid and comfortable on the road. The front-end features a highly responsive KYB upside-down telescopic fork with 160mm of travel, offering 20 clicks of adjustment for preload, compression, and rebound damping. The rear suspension, a KYB monoshock, provides 150mm of travel and is also adjustable. This suspension setup makes the 800MT Sport capable of tackling various terrain with confidence. The fork tubes are protected from impacts by plastic guards integrated into the front-wheel fender.
When it's time to stop, CFMOTO has applied some of the finest braking components and systems. J.Juan braking hardware includes twin 320mm front discs with 4-piston radial calipers and a 260mm single rear disc with a dual-piston caliper. Standard ABS and Cornering ABS ensure safe and reliable stopping power. The bike rides on lightweight aluminium alloy rims, with a 110/80 R19 front tyre and a 150/70 R17 rear tyre, both MAXXIS multi-function tubeless tyres. Its ergonomics are precisely refined for safe adventuring and travelling, with an 825mm seat height and 190mm ground clearance. BOSCH EFI means rapid and reliable throttle response and administration of the 'Sport'/'Rain' ride modes. Full LED lighting, including standard protection bars uniquely integrated into the front design, an adjustable windshield, rear and side racks, LED fog lights, cruise control, and a comprehensive 7-inch TFT screen with tyre pressure monitoring, a USB port, and 12V DC socket, all come as standard.
