KTM Unveils the 2026 KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO – The Ultimate Enduro Weapon
KTM has once again raised the bar in the world of extreme off-road racing with the announcement of the 2026 KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO. With Factory Racing champion Manuel Lettenbichler already chasing his fifth Enduro World Championship title, KTM has sharpened its premier Enduro machine to deliver even more performance, control, and durability for the toughest terrain on earth.
Since its launch in 2024, the KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO has become the flagship of the KTM Enduro lineup, blending championship-winning pedigree with cutting-edge engineering. For 2026, KTM has introduced a range of updates that make this machine the most capable production Hard Enduro bike yet.
Key Updates for 2026
Suspension Refinements
The WP XACT 48 mm Closed Cartridge fork has been completely reworked for 2026. New preload basevalve adjusters, revised damping settings, lighter and shorter springs, plus a new one-piece hydro stop result in greater adjustability, improved handling, and even a 200 g weight saving. At the rear, the WP XPLOR PDS shock has also been updated to perfectly balance the improved front end.
Cooling & Reliability
Extreme racing demands bulletproof cooling, and KTM has delivered with a new radiator cap design and a standard-fit radiator fan. This ensures maximum cooling efficiency under the harshest conditions. On the fuelling side, a new protection cap for the CPC fuel connector improves durability while preventing dirt from entering critical components.
Design & Style
Visually, the 2026 HARDENDURO is just as aggressive as it is capable. A fresh graphics package combines KTM orange with bold black and white detailing, highlighted by a gloss orange frame and orange anodised PowerParts for that unmistakable Factory Racing look.
