Based on the dominant Desmo450 MX, this model delivers unmatched off-road capability, refined enduro suspension, and exceptional control, allowing you to ride directly from your garage to the most technical trails.
At the heart of the Desmo450 EDS is a versatile 449.6 cc single-cylinder engine featuring Ducati's signature Desmodromic valve train. Paired with a wider-ratio 6-speed transmission, the homologated engine produces a highly tractable 21.5 hp and 27.8 Nm of torque for strict road compliance—with the potential to unleash its full 54+ hp off-road performance via the optional Ducati Performance Racing Kit.
The aluminium perimeter frame is meticulously engineered for benchmark torsional rigidity and stability. Paired with enduro-specific factory-grade Showa 49 mm Kashima-coated front forks and a fully adjustable Showa rear monoshock—both featuring softer spring rates, custom valving, and increased fluid capacity—the chassis delivers exceptional compliance and bump absorption over rocks, roots, and tight technical terrain.
