For years, the CFMOTO CFORCE 450 and CFORCE 520 have earned a reputation as dependable, hard-working ATVs that offer exceptional value for money. Replacing the outgoing CFORCE 450 AGRI, CFORCE 450 and CFORCE 520 are the new CFORCE C4 AGRI, CFORCE C4 and CFORCE C5. The CFORCE C4 AGRI offers an affordable entry point with steel wheels and no electronic power steering, making it ideal for users who simply want a reliable workhorse.
The CFORCE C4 adds electronic power steering and alloy wheels, while the CFORCE C5 builds on the platform with a larger engine, more torque and, for UK models, factory-fitted heated grips as standard.
A completely new engine platform
One of the biggest changes is hidden beneath the bodywork.
Rather than updating the previous engines, CFMOTO has developed an entirely new Generation 4 powertrain. The C4 features a new 408.8cc DOHC single-cylinder engine, while the C5 receives a larger 498.6cc version of the same engine family.
Power rises from 31hp to 33hp on the C4, while the C5 increases from 34hp to 39hp. Torque also increases, delivering stronger pulling power when towing trailers, climbing steep inclines or carrying heavy loads.

New slimmer handlebar grips improve comfort while reducing hand fatigue over extended periods, and the brake lever position has been refined to create a more natural riding stance whether seated or standing.
Combined with redesigned bodywork, the rider feels better connected to the machine without compromising freedom of movement.
Narrower bodywork improves control
The Generation 4 platform also introduces a significantly narrower leg grip area.
Reducing the width by around one third allows riders to grip the ATV more naturally with their knees, particularly when standing over rough terrain or traversing uneven ground.
It might sound like a small change, but it provides noticeably greater confidence and stability, especially during technical off-road riding or long days working across challenging terrain.
A seat designed for all-day comfort
Long hours in the saddle place plenty of demands on both rider and machine.
To improve comfort, CFMOTO has increased the seat cushioning by more than 8mm while also redesigning the overall seat profile.
The result is better support throughout the day, helping reduce fatigue whether you’re checking livestock, maintaining woodland, towing equipment or simply covering long distances around an estate.
Better handling and easier manoeuvrability
The improvements extend beyond rider comfort.
The new chassis is both stronger and lighter than before, while revised suspension geometry and increased suspension travel improve ride quality over rough ground.
A tighter turning radius also makes the new C4 and C5 easier to manoeuvre in confined areas such as farmyards, gateways and woodland tracks.
Together, these changes make the ATV feel more agile without sacrificing stability or carrying capability.
Built to work harder
The new platform has also been engineered with heavier workloads in mind.
Front and rear rack capacities have increased to 40kg and 80kg respectively, allowing more equipment to be carried securely. Maximum towing capacity remains an impressive 612kg, while the standard 2,500lb winch provides valuable assistance when recovering trailers, moving timber or tackling difficult terrain.

A new 5.9-inch LCD display presents key vehicle information clearly in all lighting conditions, while full LED lighting provides improved visibility during early starts and late finishes.
USB-A, USB-C and 12V power outlets make it easy to keep phones, GPS units and other equipment charged throughout the working day.
