At its core is a potent 449 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine tuned for high performance and reliability in extreme conditions. The Rally Replica delivers crisp throttle response, rock-solid mid-range torque, and a powerband suited for both blistering gravel blasts and spirited road rides. A precision six-speed gearbox with a durable slipper clutch handles the power with confidence.
The Rally Replica’s chassis is pure rally DNA: a laser-cut chromoly-perimeter frame matched with a stiff subframe supports aggressive geometry and race-level agility. The long-travel WP XPLOR PRO suspension dominates rough terrain, featuring 300 mm of travel front and rear. A 300-mm front disc with a strong radial Brembo caliper and 240-mm rear disc—with two-channel ABS and optional rally ABS map—deliver race-grade braking performance.
Featuring a rally-style cockpit, the KTM is equipped with a Dakar-spec tall windscreen, twin LED headlights, and ergonomic fat handlebars wrapped in crossbar grips. The 21″ front and 18″ rear wheels with tubed rally tyres offer traction and resilience on all surfaces, while a 12.5 L rally fuel tank ensures extended range and endurance.
